Terms of Service

✧Commissions are for personal use ONLY. You can print it for yourself to keep, but you can NOT sell or reproduce it for your shop for profit. I reserve full rights to the pieces I create and may post or use them for my website or Patreon.

✧Using commissioned art from me in NFT or AI image training in prohibited. I retained full rights to any piece I create. You also may NOT remove my signature when posting the commission you get from me. 

 

✧Full right commercial commission pricing is give by quote depending on the work and company commissioning it.

 

✧Payments are made up front through PayPal only. Clients pay the PayPal transaction fees. Please only pay once I've sent you an invoice. DO NOT send any payment to me before I officially accept your order. For orders over 100$ you can do partial payment plan.

 

✧Please understand that I can NOT do refunds. Once payment is made I cannot do a refund, even if I haven't started on your commission yet. All orders are final so please consider carefully before placing an order!

 

✧I will send a WIP sketch to you once I start, to get the posing approved. Usually I try to get a sketch done within a month of accepting your order.

 

✧Commissions may take up to 2-3 months at times, unless it is a seasonal special that I specify will be delivered by a certain date. Series and collections I do take longer and may last full year around to finish a full series. If you absolutely need a commission done by a certain date, for someone's birthday or anniversary. I can do a rush order for extra charge but this will be a little expensive.

✧Credit when you post commissions you get from me online on any social media platforms if possible!
